NX Uranium, Inc. Acquisition Strategy

Management believes that given the global supply and demand outlook for uranium over the next several years that demand could likely exceed supply, which in turn could cause uranium prices to increase substantially from their current levels as well as prompt the large uranium producers to acquire uranium properties that could one day go into production.  The Company is amassing a portfolio of property and mining claims that are largely focused on a historically productive uranium mining region in Western United States, primarily located in Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming, with a strategic focus to build a fully-integrated uranium production company over the next five years, Management has developed an acquisition and development strategy consisting of the following three phases:

Phase 1 Objectives – Acquire parcels of land and claims with historical Uranium Reserves totaling 10 million plus pounds of Uranium.

  • Status - The Company has identified the acquisition targets needed to achieve this objective;
  • Completed Acquisitions: Acquired 100% interest in historical mine.

Phase 2 Objectives – Continue acquisition of additional properties with historical Uranium reserves and acquire a working mine or develop a mine from one of the acquisitions.

  • Status - The Company has identified the acquisition targets needed to achieve this objective.

Phase 3 Objectives – Continue acquisition of additional properties with historical Uranium reserves and acquire an operating mill.

  • Status - The Company has identified the acquisition targets needed to achieve this objective including the mill.

Upon the completion of Phase 3, the Company would control the first three stages of the Uranium process.
