Capital Requirements

Phase I – $7,500,000 to be used as follows:

  • $5,357,000 used to complete additional acquisitions and initiate exploration core sampling needed for permitting process of Long Park Property.
  • 750,000 estimates broker fees
  • 177,750 legal, audits, S-1 filings and additional expenses needed to achieve fully reporting status with OTC.
  • 201,100 general and administrative
  • 1,014,150 contingency reserves

Phase II – To be determined. Proceeds to be used to complete additional acquisitions of properties including the acquisition of a working mine.

Phase III - To be determined. Proceeds to be used to complete additional acquisitions of properties including the acquisition of an operating mill.
